CALL FOR TENDERS
Subject : CALL FOR TENDERS PSU/DFCS/ICT/17/NOV/2024 FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE AFRICARICE SEED TRACKING AND INFORMATION SYSTEM (ATSIS)
AfricaRice invites all companies to submit their financial and technical bids. Please refer to the Terms of Reference (TOR) for detailed specifications.
Offers must be submitted electronically to the following e-mail address : A.Quotation@cgiar.org and must be password protected.
The password for the technical offer must be sent on the date set for the opening of the tenders. However, the financial offer password will only be requested if your offer is considered to have passed the financial evaluation stage. Any offer submitted without protection will be automatically disqualified.
The deadline for submission of bids is Friday, December 6, 2024, at 16:00 local time Abidjan
The subject of the letter should be clearly stated as follows: CALL FOR TENDERS PSU/DFCS/ICT/17/NOV/2024
AfricaRice will reject late proposals. Tenderers will be informed, in due course, of the results of the evaluation of the proposals.
In the event that a supplier wishes to appeal the results of the call for tenders, a formal letter may be sent to the Director of Finance and Corporate Services at the africarice@cgiar.org email address.
