AALI collaboration agreement to strengthen agricultural collaboration in Africa

As part of the commitment to transform food systems and support food security efforts on the continent, IITA Director General and CGIAR Regional Director for Continental Africa, Dr Simeon Ehui, signed a collaboration agreement with the President of African Agricultural Leadership Institute (AALI) and DRC-Nigeria Business Council Dr Nteranya Sanginga at IITA’s headquarters in Ibadan.

The collaboration agreement signing follows Sanginga’s working visit to Nigeria to leverage partnerships among key regional stakeholders in the agricultural sector. This collaboration agreement will guarantee strengthening collaborative efforts, implementing concrete steps and resource sharing between IITA-CGIAR and AALI towards addressing food security challenges on the continent.
