The Financial Times Africa Summit 2024

The Africa Summit 2024 will occur on October 29th and 30th, 2024, in-person at The Peninsula, London, and online.

The summit will include high-level ministerial segments and encompass several conventions and conferences on sustainable growth and development in Africa.

About the Summit 

While Africa has immense potential, including innovative tech sectors, a dynamic young population, and rising global interest in its markets, pressing challenges threaten to derail progress. 

Climate change devastates communities, unsustainable debt limits growth, and lack of opportunities for youth creates social instability. This summit aims to reply to the following key question:

How can African nations harness their strengths, navigate global volatility, address the climate crisis, and unlock the power of their youth to drive sustainable, inclusive growth?

In its 11th year, the FT’s Africa Summit is the leading meeting place for policymakers, global investors, business leaders, and visionaries to engage in crucial dialogues on transforming Africa’s challenges into opportunities.
