In any high-performing organization, capacity development programs are crucial for boosting workforce performance and productivity by promoting a culture of continuous improvement and learning. Breeding Resources Initiative’s Capacity Building Program is designed to enhance breeding processes and support CGIAR and partner teams in adopting advanced technologies where needed.
To make training scalable and more efficient, Breeding Resources is introducing a modern Learning Management System (LMS). This platform, guided by models from leading agricultural universities and industry partners, aims to elevate the training experience and its impact across the breeding community.
The LMS will deliver training programs for CGIAR Centers and NARES partners, reaching thousands of individuals and strengthening the global breeding network.
