The third International Symposium on Climate-Resilient Agri-Environmental Systems (ISCRAES 2024), hosted by University College Dublin, will be held from 25–28 June 2024 in Dublin, Ireland.
This symposium, a biennial scientific event not-for-profit, seeks to achieve agro-environmental sustainability by tackling the current major environmental, climate, and societal challenges of our times. This year’s theme is “reframing strategies for a low carbon future in agro-farming systems.”
About ISCRAES
The International Symposium on Climate-Resilient Agri-Environmental Systems (ISCRAES) is a biennial event that fosters scientific and technical discussions to address the environmental impact of agricultural systems.
Initiated in 2020 at University College Dublin, ISCRAES leverages international collaboration and expertise to develop climate-smart and environmentally friendly agricultural practices. The symposium aims to promote agri-environmental research, modeling, and technology development and support education and training globally.
CGIAR Participation
Global Director of Partnerships and Advocacy at CGIAR and Director General of the Alliance of Bioversity International and CIAT, Juan Lucas Restrepo, will participate as an opening speaker.
