About the conference

The gathering will convene over 200 leaders to foster connections and collaboration among food scientists, engineers, technologists, policymakers, and businesses in the food and related sectors.

This year’s event includes a main stage, breakout sessions, a Start-Up Arena, and the Taste Lab for sampling innovative food-tech products. Attendees will engage in workshops, networking, and interactive showcases to address major industry challenges and work towards a brighter food future.
