Business process management webinar: breeding and research services build a quality culture

About the webinar

As Breeding and Research Services strives for excellence in all facets of operations, the Initiative has undergone a rigorous process management exercise. This includes a thorough examination of operational workflows across various workstreams, including Lab Services and Trialling and Nursery. By working across crops and Centers we are standardizing and harmonizing workflows to ensure consistent quality performance of our operations to meet customer and regulatory requirements. The Business Process Management unit coordinates the implementation of the QMS and uses a structured approach to improving processes, serving partners, and generating business value, having continuous improvement at its core.

We have initiated process management efforts for all our units, focusing on implementing a robust Quality Management System (QMS). This guarantees that the services we deliver consistently meet the highest quality standards. To support this work, we are rolling out new tools, including a Learning Management System, a Service Management System, and more.
