Hosted by Université Laval’s Graduate School of International Studies (ESEI) and partners, the international Symposium “Agriculture, Biodiversity and Food Security: From Commitments to Actions” will convene at the Quebec City Convention Centre from April 30 to May 2, 2024.
Agricultural stakeholders are fundamental to the preservation and sustainable management of biodiversity, yet their pivotal role often goes unrecognized or underappreciated.
The Symposium
This Symposium is dedicated to shedding light on agriculture’s potential as a solution to biodiversity-related challenges. It seeks to galvanize agricultural stakeholders’ collective commitment to implementing the Kunming-Montreal Global Biodiversity Framework and revolutionizing agrifood systems.
