The 8th World One Health Congress takes place on 20–23 September 2024 at the Cape Town International Convention Centre, South Africa.
The congress foresees four days of an outstanding, exceptional and forward thinking agenda, which includes parallel tracks addressing one health science, antimicrobial agents and resistance, and science policy interface, among others.
It will enable discussing major One Health challenges, as well as sharing research data and policy developments.
Above all, it will provide a great opportunity to look at global One Health science and policy through an African lens.
Scientists from the International Livestock Research Institute and the CGIAR Initiative on One Health will be participating through oral and poster presentations and will showcase their research at an exhibition booth.
